Before you pick a plan
- Is the recordability check really free forever?
- Yes. Every determination — work-relatedness, new-case status and the six 1904.7(b) criteria, each with the provision quoted — runs free, with no signup and no call limit beyond the shared sandbox key used by the API. What's paid is what happens after a case is decided: saving it to a 300 Log, rolling it into a 300A, and exporting it for the ITA.
- What happens to my saved log if I cancel Pro?
- Your account returns to Free and the log you already built stays readable — nothing is deleted. You lose the ability to add new saved determinations or export a fresh ITA file until you resubscribe, but the historical record isn't held hostage.
- Which plan do I need to submit through OSHA's Injury Tracking Application?
- Pro. The ITA electronic-submission CSV export is generated from your saved 300 Log data on Pro or Scale — the free tier's determinations aren't saved anywhere, so there's nothing to export from it.
- What's the difference between Pro and Scale?
- Pro covers one establishment: one 300 Log, one 300A, one ITA export. Scale is for EHS consultants and multi-site employers — unlimited establishments and years, with a 300A and rate benchmarking calculated per establishment rather than blended into one number.
- Do prices change if my company grows mid-year?
- No — Pro and Scale are flat monthly prices regardless of headcount or case volume within their API call allowance (5,000/month on Pro, 50,000/month on Scale). You upgrade only when you add establishments Pro can't cover, not when your case count goes up.
